Booking/Cancellation Policies:
- Our Mt Washington suite is a self-clean unit. Guests are responsible for leaving the unit clean and ready for use by the next guests. All cleaning supplies are provided in the suite.
- Guests will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 if the suite is left in unsatisfactory condition.
- Reservations available year round based on availability.
- Rates are quoted in Cdn dollars and are subject to 12% HST.
- 2 night minimum required on all stays.
- Payment in full is due within 14 days of confirmation of booking.
- Accepted payment: Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX
- Damage deposit of $100 will be added to your credit card payment and will be credited to your credit card after satisfactory inspection of the suite.
- 30 days notice is required for a full refund.
- Refunds unavailable for cancellations under 30 days.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am.
- The pool may be closed for seasonal cleaning or due to severe weather. The owners cannot guarantee when these instances may occur, so please inquire about your dates if the pool is a high priority for your stay.
- Rental agreement will be faxed or emailed to you and must be signed and returned within 14 days of confirmation of booking.
- Payment for further damages or deep cleaning may be charged to your credit card — see rental agreement.
